At Seralisse, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, and the handling of damaged or incorrect items for our Beauty & Clothing products.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and included components
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your original order information

Items that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a return.

Starting a Return

Once we review your request, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send products back without first receiving authorization from our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase

Refund Processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Seralisse or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the returned product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and retaining your shipping receipt until the return process has been completed.

Seralisse is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
